Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Minascode Headscale, a self-hosted Tailscale-compatible network operated by Minas Code ("we", "us"). By connecting a device or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Minascode Headscale is a private, invite-only service that connects approved devices and, at the operator's discretion, may route their internet traffic through exit nodes. It is offered free of charge for the operator's and invited users' use and is not a public commercial service.

2. Eligibility and access

• Access is granted only to devices or accounts that an administrator has authorized.
• You must keep any enrollment keys confidential and must not share access without authorization.
• Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including for suspected abuse or security risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the rights of others, or send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
• attack, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service or any network or system;
• gain unauthorized access to any device, account, or data;
• resell or publicly redistribute the Service without written permission.

4. Third-party components

The Service interoperates with Tailscale-compatible clients and is built on the open-source Headscale project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tailscale Inc. Your use of any third-party client or identity provider is governed by that party's own terms.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it (in whole or in part) at any time without notice, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minas Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or access, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing your devices. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
